* Thank broadly about majors as many majors relate to numerous career fields and prepare students for similar work environments and graduate programs.
* Think broadly about careers and industries. Many of the alumni/mentors have experience in more than one career field or industry, so be sure to spend some time in more than one area of the room.
* Collect any handouts, business cards or other materials as you speak with departments and alumni/mentors. This way, you can follow up with them later when you have any additional questions.
