Did you know that by 2030, UB has committed to have no net impact on the environment? Be a part of the team working to make this happen. Find out more and fill out an application at http://www.sa.buffalo.edu/environmental/.
Applications are due by noon on Friday, November 20th.

Drew Kerr, UB Class of 1979, B.A. English with honors November 11 — 4 pm 306 Clemens Hall
Last fall’s session was standing room only and ran overtime! You do not want to miss out on this unconventional, highly informative discussion with Drew Kerr, who has spent the last 19 years running his own PR firm and being on the receiving end of thousands of resumes and cover letters.
This session will change the way you think, act and prepare for the job market — and that definitely includes you, all you worried liberal arts majors! You’ll learn how to sell and market yourself properly, look better than 99% of the job candidates out there, and network your way through “the hidden job market.”
Session will be followed by Q&A.

Registered undergraduate, full-time juniors and seniors at accredited four-year colleges or universities in the US during the Fall 2009 semester are eligible. The entry deadline is January 8, 2010. Prizes range from $500 to a $5,000 first prize. An entry form and detailed guidelines are available online at www.eliewieselfoundation.org
