July 22 – 28, 2007 in Washington, D.C.
Have you been accepted to law school or planning to attend in the near future? Are you fully prepared for the philosophical and practical challenges you will face?
The Legal Studies Institute is a week-long seminar in Washington, D.C. designed for incoming law students who want to excel in the competitive world of law school. The program is offered by The Fund for American Studies, an organization that has been sponsoring educational programs for college students since 1970.
Participants will attend a series of lectures, panels and site briefings designed to prepare them for the practical and intellectual challenges they will face in law school.
The Institute will give participants the opportunity to meet and interact with leaders in the legal profession – enabling them to build a valuable professional network as they enter careers in the law. Enrollment will be limited to allow participants to have significant personal interaction with speakers and instructors.
