The Office of Admissions is looking for telecounselors who can be professional ambassadors of the University. Members of the TeleTeam are required to manage their time well and work hard to meet or exceed personal and team goals. We are looking for students from various majors, geographic regions, extracurricular activities, and cultural backgrounds that have been traditionally under-represented in the past to fill these positions.
TeleTeam staff members work approximately 9 – 15 hours per week, with additional hours and incentives available. After receiving adequate training, telecounselors make individual phone calls to prospective students, respond to instant messages, and participate in online chat sessions throughout each stage of the admissions cycle.
