USAB, the University Student Alumni Board, the Student Affiliate of the UB Alumni Association, seeks to encourage lifelong student/alumni participation in the University at Buffalo by involving students in traditional programs, spirit activities and programs which promote UB pride while they are undergraduates. USAB works to connect alumni and students for career advancement and to recognize volunteer and leadership efforts in support of the University.  USAB is the student affiliate of the UB Alumni Association, a volunteer-led international organization that provides ongoing service to alumni and a focus of alumni support for, and service to, the University at Buffalo, its students, faculty and work staff.  USAB sponsors a variety of events in support of the university. Active participants develop leadership and organizational skills as well as a valuable understanding of university life. In the process of serving the university, its students and alumni, critical network are naturally cultivated- as an added benefit of membership.Â
