1. BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES PREVIEW VISITATION: October 18-20, 2007 Students who are interested in pursuing a Ph.D. in the biomedical sciences and traditionally under-represented in the sciences, are encouraged to consider the Biomedical Sciences PREVIEW Visitation at the University of Michigan. PREVIEW provides full funding for attendees (including travel, lodging and on-campus meals). Attendees will participate in a variety of activities and workshops involving faculty and current graduate students to learn more about U-M graduate programs, applying to graduate school, and student life.

2. LIFE SCIENCES FALL OPEN HOUSE: October 20, 2007 from 10am-2:30pm U-M invites all prospective students interested in pursuing graduate studies in the sciences (18 participating graduate programs) to attend our campus-wide Life Sciences Open House! This is a great “one stop shopping” opportunity for prospective students to interact with faculty and current graduate students to discuss and compare their graduate programs of interest, admissions and student life.
